Multilateral youth exchange "MISSION POSSIBLE - SOCIALIZATION AND INTEGRATION OF DISADVANTAGED PEOPLE “, which will take place in Pazardjik (Bulgaria) in 2012 July 15 – 22, will bring together creative young people to live few days in the rhythm of the art.
Objective of the project - to share experience and good practice about different methods and technics about socialization and integration of disadvantaged people. Participants will develop different competencies necessary for the labour market, learn a variety of techniques to develop creativity and entrepreneurship. Project participants from 5 countries will work together every day using the non-formal education methods. Project participants will:
- improve the teamwork, their social skills,
- learn how to express and share experience, knowledge, emotions with other project participants,
- gain knowledge how to avoid stage fright,
What will we do? During all project participants will work in teams to discuss about integration and socialization process of people with few opportunities in our community, which encourage youth of the Europe to be creative and look at the world from a different angle. Our target group are young people (18-30 years old) who have interest in work with disadvantaged people, about their integration in our world, about different political decisions by our government for integration process and inclusion in society.

From each organisation: 5 participants (4 participants + 1 leader from each country). Gender balance is important.
100 %. accommodation and 70 %. of the travel costs will be covered by “Youth in Action” programme of the European Commition.
